Workshops & team sessions

Scrum isn’t working?

Your team follows Scrum, but the work still stalls and the same problems return. We find what is really getting in the way and turn it into changes your team can feel in everyday delivery.

Your team runs sprints, holds daily stand-ups, and maintains a backlog. Yet goals remain unclear, work stays unfinished, and retrospectives change little. It’s frustrating for the team and the people waiting for results.

I help you understand what’s behind these patterns. We examine how you actually work together, discuss obstacles openly, and put focused improvements into practice. Follow-up team sessions help us see what’s working and what needs adjusting.

  1. The goal

Expose the conditions that prevent your Scrum team from delivering useful increments reliably. We trace recurring symptoms to their causes, agree on the changes with the greatest practical effect, and test them in everyday delivery so the work leads to more than workshop insights.

  2. How you benefit

You leave with a shared diagnosis, clear improvement priorities, named owners, and experiments with observable success criteria. This helps the team make decisions faster, finish valuable work more consistently, and turn reviews and retrospectives into evidence-based change.

  3. Who is it for?

For established Scrum teams that follow the framework but do not see the expected outcomes. Developers, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master should participate together. Team leads or managers should join when priorities, dependencies, governance, or staffing create constraints beyond the team.

  4. What to bring

Your team should have completed several sprints and be able to bring concrete examples of unfinished work, recurring blockers, unclear decisions, or ineffective Scrum events. Advanced agile maturity is not required, but honest reflection and the authority to change working agreements are essential.

Preparation

Bring real examples, your current backlog, and previous retrospective findings. Come ready to discuss problems honestly and try changes together.

What we work on together

  • Identify recurring problems and their underlying causes.
  • Clarify goals, ownership, and decision-making.
  • Examine whether your backlog, Scrum events, and feedback are helping.
  • Try improvements and assess their effect on everyday work.

What you take away

A shared understanding of your blockers, practical improvement actions, and an agreed way to assess their impact.

What’s challenging your team?

Let’s discuss where you are today and what support would help. Together, we’ll agree on the right scope and format.
