I bring product, engineering, and relevant stakeholders together. We build a shared understanding of the initiative, uncover bottlenecks, and agree how to plan and make decisions across teams.

  1. The goal

    Align multiple teams around one measurable outcome and establish a delivery system that makes priorities, dependencies, risks, and decision rights explicit. We replace fragmented team plans with a shared view of the work and a practical rhythm for planning, escalation, and learning.

  2. How you benefit

    You see critical dependencies and conflicting priorities before they become delivery failures. Teams know who owns each decision, what they can resolve themselves, and when escalation is necessary. This creates more credible plans, shorter coordination paths, and clearer evidence of progress across the initiative.

  3. Who is it for?

    For initiatives in which several product or engineering teams contribute to the same outcome. Product Owners, technical leads, Scrum Masters, delivery leads, and representatives of the participating teams should attend. Stakeholders with authority over scope, funding, priorities, or shared resources must be available for key decisions.

  4. What to bring

    At least two teams should already contribute to a shared product, programme, or outcome, with visible coordination problems or dependencies. Teams do not need to use the same framework or have equal maturity. You do need a named initiative owner and access to the people who can resolve cross-team priority and resource conflicts.

Preparation

Bring your goals, current plans, known dependencies, and a willingness to make agreements across teams. The people who can make priority decisions should be involved.
